What’s the course about?

The goal is to make the screen industry representative of modern Australia – on screen and behind the lens. It’s a long journey and we hope you find this step on the journey fun, engaging and educational.

Course Outcomes:
  • Understand the principles of Disability Justice and how they apply to the screen industry.
  • Gain practical knowledge on how to bring people with disabilities into your production—both on and off the screen.
  • Foster an inclusive mindset that encourages diverse perspectives, talent, and storytelling within your team.
  • Take actionable steps toward creating work environments that are accessible, respectful, and empowering for all participants.
