Info Session: Grip & Gaffer Trainee Applications – What You Need to Know

We are currently recruiting for Grip and Gaffer Attachments role. See here to apply.

Both paid traineeships run for 10 weeks from late April to late June, working on the Netflix series Breakers. The positions are entry-level, early-career, or career transition roles.

Working as part of a film’s lighting department, gaffers support the safe setup, operation and maintenance of lighting and power equipment on set. Grips work closely with the camera department, setting up and operating camera support and rigging equipment.
