Screen Careers is your one-stop shop for all Location Offset training. We offer end-to-end creation, delivery and management of comprehensive crew training programs that meet all rebate requirements.
We have a wide range of existing training programs for all departments and experience levels ready to go. To enhance these offerings we can also create bespoke training for your production, maximising the benefit to the crew and to identified industry skills gaps.
We can recruit attachments, manage their employment, and offer them a program of structured support throughout the production. We work to upskill early, mid-career, and senior crew in all departments. Our programs work to equip crew with the necessary tools to excel in their roles, move to the next level in their career, and secure future opportunities.

- Crew induction programs that cover company policies, deliver tools for bullying prevention, conflict and intergenerational management
- Leadership and management training to any mid or senior crew who might benefit from a deeper understanding of team dynamics and support.
- Mentoring training for supervisors, ensuring that junior staff receive the professional support and guidance they need to develop essential skills for career advancement.
At the conclusion of the training we can complete the reporting required by the Department of Arts for the Location Offset application.
