5+ hoursAre you an HOD but would love to know about how to successfully manage a team? Or would you like to step up as a Head of Department but you’re lacking in the management skills required?
The workshops have been developed in consultation with highly experienced UK HOD Trainer, Adelina Orfila.
They cover leadership and management skills for teams in stressful situations, workplace dynamics, and culture, performance management, addressing bullying, harassment, and discrimination, and how to take care of yourself and your team.
After the formal training, each attendee will have access to three deep dive online sessions to further your learning.
