Conflict is inevitable in the screen industry, where tight deadlines, creative differences, and high-pressure environments can lead to tensions. This workshop equips industry professionals with practical strategies to navigate and resolve conflicts effectively. Participants will explore common sources of conflict in production and post-production settings, learn techniques for de-escalation, and develop skills to turn disagreements into productive discussions.
